Looking for a new way to brighten, smoothen and improve your skin? Try eating salmon every single day. Yup!
Victoria Beckham recently revealed that she never goes a day without a salmon dish on her table. According to the British singer, salmon helped her get the best skin she could ever have.
“I see a dermatologist in LA, called Dr Harold Lancer, who is incredible,” Beckham recently told THE EDIT. “I’ve known him for years – he sorted my skin out. I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’”
Salmon has tons of great vitamins and minerals that could be very beneficial to our health. Among these benefits is salmon’s Omega 3-fatty acids, which promotes a healthier heart, better eyesight and cognitive skills and fights inflammatory diseases.
And if you’re worried about mercury poisoning if you eat salmon every day, there’s a secret to that – eat in moderation.
So why is Victoria Beckham sharing this secret to beautiful skin? Because she’s a perfect goddess angel sent here on earth to bless us with her existence, that’s why.
“There are two types of women out there: there’s the kind of woman who finds something nice and likes to keep it to herself, and then there’s the other type, which is me, who wants to share,” Beckham said on why she’s revealing her “salmon secret.”
“I have worked with the best makeup artists, hairdressers and stylists, and I’ve learned so much,” she continued. “I haven’t always got it right, but when I’ve got it wrong, I’ve actually learned an enormous amount from that, too. And I want to share everything I know.”
We know what you’re thinking: When has Posh Spice ever gone wrong? She’s tall, she’s beautiful, she’s got a husband to die for and beautiful children!
Well, according to Beckham, she has been a fashion victim more than once in the old days. One particularly bad case of fashion crime is when she wore overly sexy outfits during her Spice Girls days and high-heels that could break her legs.
“At some point I thought it was OK to wear a PVC cat suit,” she said. “When I was pregnant with Romeo, I walked around Disneyland in Christian Louboutin heels, literally at nine months pregnant!”
