Tiffany Haddish Says She ‘Made It’ After Getting Shoutout From Beyoncé

Tiffany Haddish was one of the most enjoyable personalities at the Oscars carpet, not shying away from reporters’ questions about what she thought about that Beyoncé name-drop.

“I made it!” she gushed. “Beyoncé put my name in a song. I made it!”

Haddish referred to the new Bey, Jay-Z, and Future song, “Top Off”; which is going to be a track for DJ Khaled’s next album.

Bey raps, “If they’re tryna party with the queen, they gon’ have to sign a nondisclosure.”

The line is rumored to be in reference to what went down at a party where Haddish and the Carters were present.

In a preview for TV One’s Uncensored, a new docuseries about the lives of celebrities, Haddish said she saw an actress, who she did not name, come up to talk to the rapper and apparently got a little too cozy.

“I was talking to Jay-Z for a little bit,” the Girls Trip star recounted in the clip. “And there was another actress that was there who was also talking to Jay-Z.”

Then, Haddish said the actress proceeded to touch Jay-Z on the chest, and apparently, it didn’t escape the notice of the Formation singer, who walked right up to the unnamed actress.

“Her demeanor, her body from the way she walked up on them said, ‘Get your hands off my man’s chest.’” Haddish said.

But controversial shout-outs aside, the 38-year old Haddish was just beyong excited to be at the 2018 Oscars, especially since she wore a gown in honor of her father.

“I’m here! I’m going to find Meryl Streep and I’m going to get her to be my momma,” she joked.

“Oprah is my auntie, but Meryl is going to be my momma.”
