The Big Bang Theory star, Kaley Cuoco gets upfront about her plastic surgery, which she describes as the “best thing” she has ever done.
The 30-year-old actress is on the cover of Women’s Health for December and between talking about loving yourself and working out, the actress gets real about physical appearance and how sometimes one could use a little bit of help.
“Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs — best thing I ever did,” Cuoco said. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”
“As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she added. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”
Cuoco has always been passionate about staying fit and healthy so it’s no surprise that she also admit to cutting some things out from her diet to maintain her figure.
“The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much. But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out,” Cuoco told the magazine. “It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”
As for getting results, Cuoco says success doesn’t just come over night.
“I’ve been doing this for over twenty years and it’s been a long road,” she said. “If you really want it you’ve got to go for it, but that’s for anything … it takes a lot of work and a lot of drive and a lot of patience.”
Cuoco, who is an animal advocate, recently went public with her relationship with equestrian Karl Cook. This after her divorce with tennis star, Ryan Sweeting, was finalized in May.
“I’m so happy. I can’t stop smiling. Life is so so good,” Cuoco gushed during an interview on The Talk.
Her first meeting with Cook could be considered destiny too because the actress is an animal advocate and a horse-lover.
“We met at a horse show. I finally found my horse guy. It was very meant to be,” she said. “I couldn’t be happier. It’s like I saw the light somehow.”
