Rami Malek, incredibly multi-talented actor most notably of Mr.Robot fame, is set to bite everyone to the dust as he takes on the life and talents of the iconic Freddie Mercury for the film, Bohemian Rhapsody.
The movie will follow Queen’s from 1970, when Mercury joined the group, until the band’s performance at Live Aid in 1985.

Of the first time seeing himself as Mercury, Malek told Entertainment Weekly that it “was a very affirming moment.”
Mercury passed away from complications due to AIDS in 1991.
The first image of Malek as Mercury was released on Sept. 5, on it would have been the Queen frontman’s 71st birthday, and Malek channeled the look from the Live Aid performance.
Being able to embody the rock legend physically “only adds to the level of confidence that one would need to play Freddie Mercury,” Malek said.
