Kendall and Kylie Jenner had always been disrespectful and ignorant towards other people’s culture. They’re no strangers to perpetrating cultural appropriation, so this should come as no surprise.
The Jenner sisters of the Kardashian bloodline had recently released a limited edition “vintage” T-shirt collection in their Kendall + Kylie clothing line’s website. (The clothes have been taken down from their online shop).
It might only have been ordinary, old-looking T-shirts if not for the fact that the Jenners’ faces were superimposed upon photos and album art of iconic rappers and bands like Tupac, Metallica and Pink Floyd.
Not long after, the internet expressed rage over the sisters’ “disrespectful” T-shirt concept.
This shit is wild disrespectful and tacky https://t.co/T2ukBdnehu

How this actually went:
Kylie: I’m gonna put my IG posts in front of Tupac cause I’m a baddie
Kendall: I’m more of a 70s rock girl \m/

Do you think Kendall and Kylie’s decision to put their faces & initials over rap legends was the product of too much Pepsi or too much coke?
