Chrissy Teigen is probably one of the sassiest, wittiest and fiercest women on Twitter right now. She made us LOL with her opinions about Donald Trump to Pokemon GO. Needless to say, she’s never been one to shy away from speaking up – and she doesn’t have the patience for internet trolls.
The new mom recently got into a Twitter fight with a fan who schooled her on how to hold her baby.
Twitter user @uVuyoh made a big deal about how Teigen carried her baby girl, Luna, in a paparazzi shot.
“This is not how a baby is held!!!!” the said Twitter user wrote, along with the photo of Teigen and her 6-month-old baby.
Obviously, Teigen clapped back at the Twitter troll, saying: “really because that’s how I’m fucking holding her.”
And that should have ended there but @uVuyoh decided to reply to Teigen, saying that she didn’t “give a crap where that baby popped out from” and shaming Teigen for the way she was holding her baby. Teigen hit her back, calling her a “fucking idiot.”
@uVuyoh then explained that she had a bad experience as a baby, almost growing up “deformed” due to being held “inappropriately.”
“Nothing grinds my tits like a person holding a baby inappropriately!” she wrote. “I almost grew up deformed coz I dislocated m arm for 2 days as a baby.”
But Teigen shut down the Twitter troll’s comment, daring her to show her how to hold a baby when there are paparazzi following her every move.
“Let me know how you hold your baby when she’s about the go into a stroller and there are 20 camera flashes at night,” Teigen wrote, along with a kiss-face emoji.
Teigen then wrote a follow-up Tweet, giving fans a glimpse of how challenging it is to be a new mom and a celebrity whose private moments with her baby are published for all the world to see and criticize.
“Photos are literally split-second moments in time that evolve. I despise mommy shamers. I am a proud shamer of mommy shamers,” the model and TV host wrote.
Yaaaaas, Chrissy. Slay those mommy-shamers to shame!
